Pathetic service, extremely slow responses when i first placed my order and wanted to collect as it was urgent

Finally received my parts 2 weeks later, my engine cover was Incorrect and did not fit

I immediately called them and notified them, the guy asked me to WhatsApp everything and it will be sorted, fast forward another 2 weeks and they still have not opened my message let alone responded to it, tried WhatsApp calling again MANY times and they keep declining my call

Will definitely not reccomend to anyone
