Guarantee void when fitted

I ordered a superbike fairing (full kit), from [URL Removed] on 19 Jan 2015. i had to collect it myself on 23 Jan, delivery in Soweto (they use the bus depot).<br> After collection i informed the salesman Shaheen ***, they didn't supply the correct bolt kit, nor the correct screen or seat ***l as promised. When we open the box, we marked the damaged fairing parts and send pictures to Shaheen. Scratches and over-spray shown on side fairing and tank cover. But able to fit it, we proceed to do so. We fitted the fairing and noted the side fairings doesn't line up properly with the front headlight fairing. The front headlight fairing doesn't line up with the headlight stay bracket, not even close. <br> When we start the bike the belly pan melted, even with the heat shield. <br> i called Shaheen after emailing him pictures of the faults, he informed me the guarantee is void when fitted.<br> How would you know the fairing doesn't fit or line up, if not fitted, nor that it would melt. My complaint fell on deaf ears 24 Jan. To date have i not received any reply from Tech Support, only a promise for a screen replacement.<br> I failed roadworthy and have to replace the full fairing again.
