Do not buy from Super Diaries

I would rate this company a -0, as my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for diaries during the first week of January 2025 and promptly paid for the items. However, despite my anticipation, the diaries have not been delivered. For over three weeks, I have sent multiple emails seeking updates, but I have received no responses whatsoever. This lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I received a photo of the diaries from Paul Tino., with the message indicating that they were finished but that the company was too busy to arrange delivery. In an effort to resolve the situation, I offered to send my own courier to pick up the diaries, but the company failed to provide me with their address. After this continued lack of cooperation, I made the difficult decision to purchase diaries from another supplier, incurring additional costs due to the circumstances. It is disheartening to feel as though my hard-earned money has been taken without any service provided in return. This company exemplifies unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against placing any orders with them. Their failure to respect clients and manage their business operations is astounding and deeply disappointing. In summary, this company's practices are unacceptable, and I urge others to think twice before engaging with them.
