I bought a holiday voucher worth a week from Elizma Herbst, her group is Super Deals Getaways Pty Ltd. End of 2021 valid for 3 years. I asked for availability in February 2022 for August 2022.

(We have used her before and our holiday did go as planned, that is why I bought the voucher)

I've been asking for availability and no answer only excuses...

Middle May I told her that if she has no availability for me I want a refund. She told me to be patient...

End of May I asked for my refund. She told me she can't refund me but she can sell my voucher and then refund me. I agreed to that. After a week of advertising she told me someone is interested and needs to pay the voucher on a specific date. On that date I asked if she got the payment, she said no. I waited for another week and asked again, she rep**** no payment.

I started to get suspicious and did a bit of research on Facebook and the Internet. I made contact with someone on her page that showed alot of interest in my voucher. She then blocked/removed me from her page.

The person confirmed that they bought and paid the voucher.

I confronted Elizma and she said she did not receive the payment, later that day she confirmed that she received the payment, suddenly it was in her business account. I then asked her to refund my money. It's been since 20 June 2022 that she received the money for my voucher and not refunding me!!!

Everyday a different excuse, her account being blocked, cable theft and even death in the family.... It takes 10min to make a payment!

It's 23 July and still no refund!!!

She keeps on telling me that she will make a payment and she is no ****, but if you have my money and don't pay it back what does that mean???

I have read a few negative comments/reviews of other people also not getting their money back from her. So I am not the only one not getting my money back!!!

How many other people is she doing this to???
