No Service at all

Don't bother to contact these people, they don't care about their customer service, I really think they doesn't exist<br> <br> I send them an Email many moons ago (twice actually) about fixing my W202's Air conditioning system<br> (couldn't phone, we don't have phone lines or signal where we live,use a friends satellite line for E-mails))<br> <br> I explained to them that I live far and need to stay with them while they repair my Mercedes, will it be okay with them(this was also a question)and they must let me know when I can bring the vehicle<br> <br> Like I said, they don't give a **** people<br> <br> Be careful of these guys<br> <br> If they don't even let you know and never hear from them, what can they do to your Car?
