Worst Experience Second Time! Unprofessional

I took my VW Golf Cabriolet to Super Body Repairs to fix my door that was blown off by the wind 2 months ago through Outsurance & they messed up the window mechanism... the door had to be replaced which forced them to remove & re-install the window. I was informed that I should come get the car as it is in order, I got there & the passenger windows were hitting against each other when closing the "fixed" door... beats me why they didn't check prior to confirming that the car is fixed.

They had to strip the door while I was there to fix the problem.... only to realize after leaving with the car that the window wasn't closing properly, it was slow, would go all the way down & not come up!

So I unfortunately had an accident & had to report my car through Outsurance & chose Super Body Repairs again... today I was informed that the car is ready for pick up & so I went to get it.... to my surprise the window mechanism is STILL *****ed up.... I waited more than an hour while they stripped the door again & attempting to re-wire it but couldn't get it right!

What aggrevates me (which seldom happens as I'm too patient) is the fact that this was negligence on their side the 1st time & the 2nd time they didn't care to make sure that it works properly!!!! I was super inconvenienced as I had to call Outsurance & inform them about the issue so I could take the hired car & leave my car with Super Body Repairs! Oh to top it all off, they broke my boot power outlet lid hinge & never said a word about it! They installed my car registration plate but did not place *****s on it meaning it was loose & would've come off in a day or 2! Imagine such negligence!!!

It annoys me how a business can easily harass you about paying your excess to them via sms (without providing you with banking details) but do a poor job that is of no quality! How does one pride themselves when providing the worst service?
