Outsurance please note: Super body repairs in parden eiland is a joke!

Terrible service, coupled with lies: am still wondering how outsurance can send clients to such people. Super body instructed me to pay my excess urgently for them to order spare parts, which I did. I took my car to them after they had confirmed that they were ready. They told me it would take 5-6 days to replace my side mirror. I kept calling them and they were assuring me all is well, despite the messages they kept sending me that outsurance has not yet approved. When I called on the 6th day, they said they were doing final touches to the car. I called them on the 7th day and they said that they don’t have the side mirror!!!! What a waste of my time and money. I called outsurance who then instructed them to give me back my car. I now have my car still not fixed, with even a scratch that wasn’t there when I gave it to them. And worst of all, they were not apologetic for their pathetic unprofessional behaviour. Outsurance please pick your service providers carefully.
