Appauling Service

My vehicle was towed in to Super Body Repairs 3 weeks ago by my insurance and within that time I have never recieved a phonecall from the repair shop giving me an update or feedback of any kind from them. It is only after I had called them repeatedly each week to get a progress report on my vehicle that they were prompted to send communication. My vehicle has been with them for 3 weeks now and repairs have STILL not begun on my vehicle. Every time I phoned to get an update I was told that they were still awaiting ordered parts. I recieved an sms on Thurs 19/03 stating that parts were expected the next day
