Car jack ******, front bumper not fixed right the first time by Super Body Repairs

I repaired my front bumper with super body repairs through Discovery Insure. The front cover on the inside came off 3 days after installation, I took this up with the insurance and they said they would tell the service provider to book the car in for assessment to review this. To date no feedback from discovery. However, a follow-up call was made by the service provider as a follow-up to customers for the service received. Told them about the incident and I had to take the car in for a check-up which I did and they told me I’d get the car repaired following week as they needed to order a new part. I am still waiting to this day. No follow-up from discovery insure. I have also discovered that my car jack is missing. I had the jack just before I repaired the car as I had to change my wheels. And on the morning I took the car in I was running very late, it slipped my mind to remove everything inside the car. I had a tyre burst over the weekend upon looking through the boot I noticed the jack was missing and there is no way I would have lost it any other time other than when the car was being fixed. I just find this very frustrating because I’ve lost my jack, paid for excess fee and yet I’ve still lost cause bumper is not completely fixed and now my car jack stand is lost! Discovery needs to find a more professional service provider!
