Horrible client service

I don't know what type of circus or zoo is going on at the madiba branch in the Pta CBD, today before I made my order, I kindly asked the cashier to try giving a better service than I previously received, I was even once given a rotten chicken filled and the manager apologized, today however, I made my order when I went back 40mins later I found the team around a cell phone contract sales person and when I asked about my order they all say they forgot about it, the staff was rude, I've never had such bad service repeatedly before from one place, that branch is a joke, I wanted to report that rotten chicken to health department and have that place closed because that is a serious health hazard. Not impressed at all after today, none of my colleagues will ever buy there again. That branch needs an intervention.
