taking advantage

I had my cherry WE .8 serviced at the agency and they had given me a list of items that needed to be fixed, Supa Mac did my clutch which was not a problem that I'm aware of. Then because the seemed like genuine guys when my car started lagging and the engine light came on I took it back to them. The informed me it was my fuel filter, so I gave them permission to change that. That was the Friday, I drove over the weekend, the engine light didn't come, but it still lagged. on till Monday morning on my way to work it started backfiring so my boyfriend decided to check the plugs. Imagine my horror, when I discovered that they had not replaced the air filter, and there was dirt in the inlet pipe. When I called them, they then informed me it was in the garage and I must bring it in to fit. Why could they not contact me and inform me if it was a genuine error and why did Fri the owner put the phone down in my boyfriends ear when he spoke to him. I get the distinct impression that they didn't think that they would be confronted an when something else went wrong I would bring it back to them. They have lost my business and as a woman, cannot reccomend them to other women.
