Had the major service on the 31-01-2023, did actually ask if they capable of working on my car and was assured, when I step on the brakes the left rear wheel make a noise, they did adjust my handbrake, didn't have the issue before I went in, will not be accepting this year of bad service on my vehicle. This R.M.I organisation is also a joke. I will be reviewing more places that offer bad service. Money don't grow on trees. Not the first time I received bad service from a garage but now I will be telling about it

The receptionist did politely tell me to come on Monday after I told her my wife and baby use the car and my wife alerted me to the sound from the back wheel, you did do a handbrake adjustment. As for being rude,I only indulge in happiness. My review will stay.
