Poor customer service and professional courtesy..
No update on car after bringing it in for a service on a Friday morning, other than they'll try and have it ready. It's Monday morning and still no car or update. Numerous phone calls and texts sent to their WhatsApp number and landlines go unanswered.

25 Aug 2025, 10:37I've had to drive to Supamac to get an update on my vehicle. When I asked about my vehicle I was told that the incorrect bearings were ordered or delivered, so they are waiting for the correct ones to be brought to the se4vice garage. They also said that they would "try" to have my car fitted with the correct bearings by today. Another example of poor service and reliability, and integrity.
