Great Service from Supa Mac!!

I was super impressed by the service I received from Supa Mac om Friday 16 April 2021. My Serptentine belt broke and fell off driving home from Stellenbosch to Durbanville on the Wednesday. I was waiting for assistance from a Mechanic who promised to come out, but after two days I decided I have to find someone else. My friend recommended Supa Mac because she services her car with them. I sent them a whatsapp and the owner Frik responded immediately and asked me to send a photo of the license disc and make and model. I also sent a photo to show the drive belt was missing. Within an hour two technicians arrived at my home to assess the problem. They told me they had to go and collect a new drive belt which they would fit and further assess if other damage had occurred should my engine have over heated. They were back within hour and after a half an hour my car was up and running and fortunately no other damage had occurred. The two technicians were very professional and most helpful. Supa Mac went the extra mile for me and I highly recommend their service. Jeanette
