MATTER OF INSUFFICIENT TRAINING PERHAPS?

<p>Wanted to have my jacket, of a velvety material, drycleaned but was told it would cost R450.00, virtually the same price that I paid for the jacket. Had it drycleaned at the same shop before for R80.00 but was now told by the shop attendant, Lisa, that on instructions from her boss all "leather" material jackets would now cost R450.00!! </p>
