Supahot-quick to take money but not quick to do their jobs

I bought a geyser and it started leaking once installed, called supahot and gave me a new geyser and charged me R1500 for installation. That geyser also started leaking the day after installation. I contacted the guy who installed it, he said he would come around to check. That was I. May. He never came around and started ignoring my messages. I sent supahot a whatsapp and email and they haven't responded either. So quick to take my money, but avoid doing your Job. I want this geyser gone. Ensure that you contact me or I will take this further.
