Supahot is a ****

Supahot geyser is not even worth a 1 star, extremely frustrated with the service provider, bought a new geyser discovered after installation that the thermostat was faulty. Sent through the fault report supported by full installation pictures , only to be sent from pillar to post with one excuse after another. Customer service is extremely poor. It's so exhausting to a point where I have to buy the faulty part myself. Should have checked reviews before this wasteful expenditure
