SupaHot Geysers *** Geysers

I purchased a Supahot Geyser yesterday and this morning it leaked profusely . The plumber advised me that it was a second hand geyser they sold me. today they do not want to refund me ,they do not answer my calls, no response, they took my money R4600 and just not interested in assisting me. Craig has no sense of after sales service. This is saddening and I am highly upset.
