Supahot geyser super cold service

Bought a geyser and it burst within a year and half, I called Supahot geysers because it was still under warranty and they sent a plumber to do an assessment, the plumber confirmed that all was in order and the geyser was faulty. Supahot later said the pressure valve was not installed properly but I called another plumber to confirm was done properly as well as their plumber. They refuse to replace my geyser and I am now having to pay lawyers to get a new geyser from them. Their staff is arrogant and of very little help.
