SUPAHOT GEYSER IS PATHETIC

We purchased a supahot geyser from buildrite in September 2021, Within the 1st year the thermostat gave up, No help from Supahot we had to replace it ourselves. The geyser apparently has a 5 year warranty. Exactly 2 years later the entire geyser is now leaking from everywhere, places you would never expect. I sent through a few claims to supahot they requested pictures of the geyser and the plumbing which was done by a qualified fitter. I am so livered with the quality of the geyser and service provided by SUPAHOT IS PATHETIC, they find a fault with anything so they don't have to replace or repair the geyser.I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND EVER.
