SUPAHOT EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY!!!!!

I bought a geyser March 2022, which is a Supahot product. My geyser then started leaking two weeks ago. I went to the place where I purchased the geyser but they told me to call the Supahot call centre and submit a claim. The geyser has a 5 year warrantee/guarantee. One would think that if it's still within guarantee/warrantee, just replace it as per your terms!!! The plumbers came out after the claim was submitted and told my wife that the geyser was not installed at an optimum place which is UTTER nonsense. Where we stay is a flat and all the units have their geysers installed at the exact same place or spot. The plumbers told my wife that they will escalate and if they approve we would get a new geyser but then we need to do the installation again at our own cost. The service from Supahot is shockingly poor, to date we're still waiting and it's almost 2 weeks now. At this stage I don't mind paying for the installation out of my own pocket but feel why should I when SUPAHOT knows they're selling poor quality geysers. I am going to lodge a claim with the OMBUDSMAN, as well as I feel that SUPAHOT is taking advantage big time!
