SUPA HOT FAILS TO HONOR WARRENTEE AND TAKOLIAS DOES NOTHING

Bbought a new supa hot geyser from Takolias Hardware Kliptown The geyser started leaking from the overflow afterxa wek or so. I called my plumber. He said it will subside. After a few weeks I reported the geyser to the Sore Takolias Kliptown A plumber was dispatched. Dont know what he did, after a few days it started leaking even more. They dispatched another plumber who reported back to his boss who informed me that the pressure valve must be replaced with a specific one.

I did that.

Tthe keak is still running worse than ever. I reported to the plumbers who requested stuff that I am not aware of

Long story short 74 year old paid Over R4000 and now i have no water I also have to close the valve because of wastage.
