Service Provide Not Paid

I was called out as a service provider for SupaHot Geysers on 28/02/2023. Invoice linked to case nr *** was sent in on 04/03/2023. Various emails and correspondence was sent from me, as the service provider, but to date no payment was received. I find this totally unacceptable that no one has followed up if payment was made, I had to pay R400 out of pocket for laborers as the geyser was placed inside the roof with difficult accessibility. But yet to date no payment.
