I purchased a Superhot geyser from a local hardware store in July 2022, believing in the promise of a 5-year warranty. However, the geyser has started leaking and rust is spilling out. When I contacted Superhot, their plumber assessed the situation and absurdly claimed that a tap, which has been in place for 30 years, caused the geyser to burst. This explanation is utterly ridiculous. After reading numerous reviews on Hello Peter, it’s clear that I am not alone in this experience. Many customers have reported the same disheartening pattern—Superhot consistently finds excuses to avoid replacing their subpar products. [ ] I strongly advise against purchasing this geyser. The 5-year warranty is merely a lie ..
