Gersey burst

bought a gersey on the 27/03/2021 at Carrim shop here in Pretoria. The Gersey it's leaking on the sides and looks like it's a manufacturing fault. We went to the shop where we bought it (Carrim) and they said they cannot assist us as the item has a warranty on it which is 5years but we must call the manufacturers ourselves. So now we called the manufacturer (SUPAHOT) they also not willing to assist because the serial number it's washed out by rain and burned by sunlight. We have send all images that could assist them but no luck. Yesterday they confirmed that they cannot assist us without proof of purchase but the statement from the bank shows the purchase.
