Burst geyser for replacement

Bought a geyser that burst in 1year 2 months. Informed company about the problem. Delayed to act deliberately to come for an assessment, took them more than 72hrs to respond. Called a plumber to install another geyser while waiting for them. Eventually their SP came and told me that the geyser has burst and the warranty will be revoked, since the geyser has been put aside. Their product has no durability at all and now are putting a blame on me. I strongly feel that this company is ********* and the community should be aware of them. When buying their product you should do it knowing what to expect. Poor service delivery. I expect this company to replace my geyser. Their Warranty insurance to reach me on ***.
