A stupid buy for a geyser

Absolutely disgusting service from them, They are aware that they are supplying ****ty geysers hence when they come out to check they shift the blame and are quick to say oh warranty voided. The geyser doesn’t work at all and guess what the technician say oh it’s not installed properly, they used the wrong tray, what does that have to do with your geyser not heating the water? Is it the tray or outlet that makes the water hot? Absolutely ridiculous
