Supaclean- terrible service!!!!!!!!!

By far the worst service ever! Paid R200 to get shoes re soled. I lost the receipt and when I tried to collect MY shoes I was informed that a copy of my ID is required. I took my ID out and was told that I need to drive to another centre to go and make a copy. Surely if you require a copy you should have the facilities to make one? As my ID number was not taken when I handed my shoes in I fail to see how this will assist in proving which shoes are mine. Why werent I told that should I loose my receipt I need to bring a copy of my ID with if I want to collect my shoes?
