Supacharged Car Wash- Woodmead- Scratched my new vehicle and has a ****** Owner

My wifes vehicle was scratched by the wash gun. The owners comments was that he doesnt need me as a customer as he has plenty of customers and doesnt need my business. This indvidual seems ****** and made every excuse in the book that it wasnt his pressure gun that scratched my wifes new car. Aside from having to deal with a ******, I was quite shocked that the owner didn't own up to the mishap and apologise as well as pay for damages. He unfortunately let the "cat out of the bag" that the previous week, he had to pay R5000 for a customers bumper to be resprayed due to one of his workers scratching a new Audi. I see so many luxury vehicles frequenting this car wash at the risk of them being scratched. I urge the general public and Car dealerships in the area to use an alternative car wash, to avoid your vehicle being scratched/ damaged and subsequently having to spend thousands of rands having to restore your pride and joy.
