Please stay clear of this company. Christopher Munger is very friendly and professional when providing a quote. that is where the professionalism stops. I was asked to pay 70% of the quote up front for equipment. i did so in April. the installation was planned soon after, due to a delay on my end, i rescheduled and was promised installation. i was advised that he would be travelling and he would get his technician to complete the work. the was one excuse after the next. first, the Jeep used had a problem with the radiator and he would come through two days later. this never happened. two weeks later, Chris made an appointment to install. he came through, connected a few wires, then made an excuse to leave and cam back a few days later. then another excuse to leave to get the battery and never came back. then more excuses about supplier shortages. Chris never answers calls or texts after numerous attempts. Chris quoted me for COC, but is not certified and outsources COC to others who do not even do the installation. His wife Anastacia blocked all calls after many attempts to call her. I was promised a refund and am currently waiting for feedback after been promised feedback. to date, there are no replies via text or calls. if you are considering using this company, please go elsewhere or stand risk of losing your hard earned cash.
