Poor customer service

I spent R8150 ordering 5 x 20 litre buckets of rubberising from SuppaRubber. 2 of the buckets were damaged and only half full. The same 2 buckets were delivered to the wrong towns. I had to do all the following up to get my stock delivered correctly. The Courier Guy who are the chosen courier service by SupaRubber do not take responsibility for damages and neither do SuppaRubber. They promise to replace damages but they string you along indefinitely. I should have read the negative reviews on Hellopeter before purchasing their product because I would have seen the other similar complaints. Unless you are able to collect the product yourself, I would not recommend purchasing from them because you will lose your money. Their service is atrocious. Only time will tell what their product is like. I have serious trust issues. in the brand now. I currently have an open case against them at the Consumer Protection Services. This information is for you to use or lose, entirely upto the individual.
