Great product, poor service!

I ordered 2x20 L containers in December 2022 and it was sent by their courier as price included shipping. One container was delivered at the collection point and was informed that the other container was damaged on route. I contacted the company for a possible replacement or refund but I was told that they were trying to get the courier company to pay for the damaged container. After numerous emails, I just gave up. Pity they have a great product but no service. Never again!
