service and double delivery cost

<div>I ordered a sealant from them on 14/02/23, which i needed urgently. On 15/02/23 i was contacted for my address, which was supp**** on their site. By 20/02/23 I've received nothing and contacted them. Madri informed me it was sent to a pudo locker, at my local spar, but it might not be there, cause it has been there since 15/02/23. The item was not there and the code she gave was non existent, accoring to their system. She did not answer the phone or emails after that and I had to pay the courier to deliver the product from their hub, 2 towns over. If i did not need it urgently, i would've cancelled the order. I will never buy from them again and have also alerted our local contractors.</div>
