Be prepared to be ignored

Placed an online order, a few days later I'm contacted by Courier Guy asking me to collect the item - no tracking information provided for me to use for the collection.

Reached out to them multiple times (calls and WhatsApp), got reassured it's a home delivery yet they didn't bother to attend to my inquiry, pathetic customer service.
