Last year, December, we bought a 20lt drum rubber from Supa Rubber. The drum was received by courier and painted as per instructions by Anton Sinden and Madri, his wife. After we filled it with water, the sides of the cement dam we built made bubbles. Photos were sent to Anton whereupon he let us know they were sending us a new drum immediately. The drum was never replaced. After the winter we made contact to receive the drum, but without any success. Anton answered us at the beginning when we called and promised it would be sent. Also talked to Madri and would clear it up with the "big boss". The 28th of September I spoke to Anton from the work phone and once again he promised to send the drum. Still no drum received. What am I to do?
