Refund not paid

Supa-roof Newcastle branch gave me disappointing service. I ordered gutters on the 07/04/2021 and did not receive my order to date. When I enquired I was informed that my order is still being processed until I decided on cancellation and requested a refund. I requested my refund on the 17/05/2021 and I still have not received it. No communication from their side. I would not recommend anyone to use Supa-roof
