Wrong advertising purposely

I saw their advert for Black Friday 2019, that "The 1st 10 Customers" will get 60% OFF plus Free Fitment on Shocks. I went there and the price given was R3990 that include 60% and a normal price is R4800 for Rear and Front Shocks. The gentlemen who was helping me told me that they will remove 60% and the total price will be R3990. So what I don't like is why are they advertising wrongly?? If this is not resolved will continue to pursue it. I am very angry on wrong advertising.
