Worst service

I brought my car at 08:00am for shock absorbers replacement,they told me it would take a bit longer I waited and decided to go to work,I came back at 14h00 the technician is enjoying his lunch,only one shock has been replaced, the manager says he talked to him but he didn't listen,I had a meeting at 15h00 I've lost a client,I'm so angry and disgusted by this service.This is the worst and least I expected from supa quick
