Worst experience at Supaquick

Supa Quick Briardene! 12/12/2018 This must be the worst experience ever at a Tyre fitment centre. I can't believe the lack of care at this branch. I went in to have my tyres rotated and ceased locknut removed. The person at the branch asked me to move the car to the back of the branch which had a high pavement as the driveway. I was asked to drive up this high pavement even though my car was lowered. As I was driving up the person insisted it was fine even though the front bumper was getting hooked and breaking. This caused the whole one side of bumper to break and bumper to come loose. If that wasn't bad enough the person attending to the car took no precaution in trying to remove locknut. The person melted the Audi centre cap and part of the rim where the locknut was. The person called me aside also suggested that he can make a plan for a second hand tyre he got at the back for r200 which he will split amongst the guys. What the hell! When I asked the cashier/manager if they are going to replace the melted centre cap. I was told that they were doing me a favour by removing the locknut! (even though I was paying for it). The guy returned the centre cap to me a total different colour after they resprayed it. I really regret taking my car to this branch and now have to deal with the cost of damages caused by this branch.
