WONT RELEASE MY VEHICLE

<p>I must say I am highly ****ed off by my findings this afternoon. We have been in to collect our work vehicle after they done the breaks on the van. I was called to say there were additional to be done like the discs.We then had to chase for an invoice, chase for banking details. We then paid and sent proof of payment. At no time was I told we need to pay and clear the funds pre-release of my vehicle. If I had I would have brought cash or used my card, even EFT’d one of my staff to pay with their card. Now I’ve wasted an hour of my days production as well as this will cost me another R8000 in loss of earnings on that vehicle for tomorrow. Told my vehicle will not be released till its cleared… communication from your staff and the offices of SUPER QUICK Benoni and or Chambs Tyres CC of the East rand was not done. Your invoices say nothing but strictly 30 days. Maybe you should inform people of this prior to doing their work its simple to pay and clear now??? Kiss the rest of my fleet and any future business goodbye.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
