Wheel Came Off, No Support Provided

Wheel Came Off After Service, Weeks of Promises and No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Super Quick and feel compelled to share it as a warning to others.

After having work done on my vehicle, I experienced one of the most frightening situations a driver can face: a wheel came off. Thankfully nobody was injured, but the incident could have ended far worse. When you take your vehicle to professionals, you do so because you trust them with your safety. That trust was completely broken.

Initially, when I raised the issue, I was relieved because I was assured that the matter would be investigated and that Supa Quick would assist in finding a resolution. Based on those conversations, I believed they were taking the situation seriously and would stand behind their workmanship.

Unfortunately, that was not the case.

What followed was weeks of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and a constant cycle of promises that never materialised into any meaningful action. Every time I reached out, I was left with the impression that the matter was still being looked into, yet no progress was ever communicated. I was patient and gave them every opportunity to do the right thing, but the communication became increasingly poor.

Over time, it felt as though the goal had shifted from resolving the issue to simply avoiding it. Responses became slower, accountability disappeared, and I was left chasing answers that never came. Instead of taking ownership of a serious safety-related concern, I felt ignored and abandoned as a customer.

Mistakes can happen in any business. What truly defines a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. Had Super Quick taken responsibility, communicated openly, and worked towards a fair resolution, my opinion would likely be very different. Instead, I was left feeling that once the problem became difficult, they chose to distance themselves from it rather than deal with it properly.

The most concerning part of this entire experience is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterwards. When a customer reports a potentially dangerous issue involving work performed on a vehicle, there should be urgency, transparency, and a genuine effort to resolve the matter. In my experience, none of those things happened.

Based on the workmanship, the handling of the complaint, and the weeks of unanswered questions and unfulfilled promises, I can no longer recommend Super Quick. Trust is earned through actions, not words, and unfortunately my experience has left me with very little confidence in the company.
