Wheel alignment not done properly.

I got a groupon voucher to have a wheel alignment and a tyre rotation done on my VW TIguan on the 15th of December 2015. I went in and spoke to Mohammed, that helped and me and said that all was in order and that it would take 20 min, max. My partner and I went and had lunch and 45 min later we went back. They had not even started on our car. So we went into the waiting room and proceeded to wait. I waited 2 hours for my car to be done. I got there at 13:00 and only got my car back at 15:00, and I had to go inquire about it, no one came to me and said that my car was done. I asked if I need a receipt paper or anything and the guy assured me that I do not and that everything is in order. They also never put a sticker on my car to say when my next tyre rotation is.<br> I left for holiday the next day and could instantly feel that my wheel alignment was not right, in fact, it seemed worse than before. I came back from holiday and tried to contact them, and have been doing so ever since. I have long working hours and cannot just go there whenever. My wheel alignment has never been this bad and am highly annoyed as I payed for something that was not done properly.
