What customer service really is: industry take note!

Yesterday I took my car for four new tyres after obtaining various quotes. SupaQuick Menlyn's quote offered an impressive tyre at the best price compared to other tyre agents in the area. The sales manager, JP Boshoff, greeted me at the entrance and immediately notified me of a visible irregularity indicating a problem with the shocks. The replacement shocks were an issue to source, but JP bent over backwards to make it happen.

The dealership made me feel that I am more than a customer- that I am family. I was so overwhelmed by the great and honest service that I will henceforth only visit this branch for relevant vehicle needs.
