Warranty claim

It's 3weeks already im not receiving any feedback regarding the warranty claim for shock absorbers I installed 2years ago. First, they wanted to tell me that they cannot find the installation records. Now, they're waiting for response from their supplier, Midas. I made several follow up calls without any luck.

They've always been very good. Now they dropped from 5* to 1*.
