Waiting over 3 months for order

After some searching on the web, I managed to find Shocks for my car made by Gabriel (dealer shocks are of poor quality and too expensive). Proceeded to phone Supa Quick and ordered two front shocks. Was told the factory was still closed and they will get back to me. The nexy week I get a phone call that informed me that the shocks would cost R1700 and take 3 weeks, I say that's OK and go ahead. I have phoned Supa Quick a few times now and always get told the items are still on their way - after more than 3 months now! Please tell me if you can supply or not?
