Waiting

The 1 star is awarded due its poor customer service. I was told a part was ordered for my car and it would take an hour. Once the part arrived they told me another hour to finish. 2 hours later we asked them what was happening only to be told that the part they ordered was the wrong one and would take another hour for the new one. The problem was that no one (manager) has communicated this to me instead only finding out after my patience has gone. Communication is key in customer service!
