Waited 3 hours and nothing done!!!!!

Went to Super Quick Robertsham where I needed 2 of 5 bolts replaced on my back wheel. The guy said they could assist me. I took a seat, wasn't told that they don't have the part...I waited and waited, no customer service was given to let me know how long it was going to take so after about an hour I asked how long will it take. I was told about an hour so I waited then overheard they looking at other dealers for the part and eventually found a part in town. They went to collect it. I waited 2 hours already....they said great we have it they just going to fit it. Sitting there I see everybody quarrelling about who's going to do it and the staff refusing to do the job and I said if nobody wants to do it put the old **** back or give it I'll do it myself. 3 hours later and it's still not done. They put my old stuff back and refused to do the job. The " manager" said I should go back layer he will do it himself because I had to fetch my son ". Terrible service no action was taken no correspondence to me as a client what was going on. I would like to tell people not to go there you get treated like sh....t ad if your time is not important.
