Very very very Bad Service!

I recently took my car to Supa Quick in Hazyview Mpumalanga on the 29th of October 2024 for an oil change and other services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After the service, my car started experiencing issues, and I soon discovered it was because they forgot to put in the new oil after draining the old or they didn't check if the oil was enough.

My vehicle ended up stuck and unable to drive, which was incredibly frustrating. When I checked the oil level, I found it completely empty. We sent a video to Supa Quick to show the issue, and they confirmed that there wasn't enough oil in the engine.

This oversight not only caused significant inconvenience but also put my car's engine at risk. I expected a higher standard of service, especially from a reputable company. I would advise others to be cautious and double-check after their service to avoid similar problems.

Now I need to know what's going to happen with the cost to check my engine because they're the ones that put me in this situation.
