Very Bad Service

<p>24/10/2016, I went to Super Quick Strydom Park, Malibongwe, Randburg. I took in my Fortuner SUV for balancing of my tyres as well as wheel allignment. I thereafter picked my family up from Randburg and headed back to Durban. Once i got onto the freeway, i was feeling a shudder on the steering as i was travelling between 100 - 120kms. The entire trip was more Vibration and i really thought something was wrong with my suspension and tyres. 25/10/2016, i went straight to Super Tyres Durban. They have said that these tyres were not balanced at all, weights have been peeled off but not re inserted. I have sent a complaint and the manager has not responded since then. They are not even welcoming at the Strydom Branch, not even a smile . Very Very Poor Service</p>
