i sent my car in to supa quick springfield last year ,for an exhaust repair .the branch initially was unable to fix vehicle as they had no idea as to the specilised spares required for the job .i eventually ordered the correct spares from the vehicle agents ,the owner promised to pay for such spares as the job was quoted including labour and spares .i did not get remberssed to date for such spares .the vehicle was then patched up until the spares arrived .i went down to the branch on numerous occasions(4 times ) after i received the spares ,and each and every occasion there was some issue and they were not able to install the correct parts .i recently took vehicle back for the 5th time ,and the sales manager jacques advised that powerflow exhausts are doing all their exhaust work and that they would rectify and install the part as promised .powerflow installs part and further advised that the problem was incorrectly diagnosed by supa quick , furthermore jacques tells powerflow the charge me a labour cost to rectify supa quicks initial mess up .jacques went on to lie that he was owner of the store over a telephone conversation and that he would not pay for such rectification work .
